A mahogany, cerejeira veneered and crossbanded writing desk, the rectangular burnished leather inlaid top above one long and one short frieze drawers, with three further short graduated drawers below, the sides with wavy 'X' stretchers between square supports, on splayed legs. Inspired by a 20th century French original.
