Depending on the item(s) that you purchased on Creativefurniturestore.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be provided to you. Each shipping method has its restrictions and additional charges that might be applied to your order.
Shipping Time
All shipping times listed on the Creativefurniturestore.com site are approximate and we always strive to adhere to them as closely as possible. However, because delivery times may be affected by our manufacturers and/or shipping solutions providers, we cannot be held responsible if your items arrive earlier or later than estimated.
Please note: more shipping time is required for residents of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
Important: Once a customer has been issued a tracking number, the order is shipped and can no longer be canceled or modified.
Shipping Methods
Curbside Delivery
What is Curbside Delivery?
Curbside Delivery is also known as Threshold Delivery. This is our standard delivery method and is included when you purchase any item from us. During this shipping method, your items will arrive unassembled in their factory boxes. The freight company will deliver your items to your carport or entryway, and you will be responsible for getting them into your residence or business. Since furniture is heavy, you may require assistance from a friend or family member. If you have any questions about curbside delivery, please give us a call at 800-345-7060.
All orders require a telephone number. Customers will be notified about delivery the same day or a day before the delivery. Certain times and dates are only available with White Glove Service.
What is White Glove Delivery?
Most furniture and select non-furniture items that qualify for White Glove Delivery include delivery inside your home, where our White Glove delivery professionals will carefully unpack and inspect each item, assemble it, and place it in your room of choice. Please note that we are unable to unpack, assemble, or install lighting, or wall-mounted items, and certain other restrictions may apply. For your convenience, all packaging materials will be removed. We ask that you inspect your item(s) before our delivery professionals leave your home.
Pick Up Policy:
Customers opting for pick up of their merchandise must inspect the items thoroughly before accepting the order. Upon pick up, customers are required to sign a release confirming that the merchandise has been received in satisfactory condition.
Please note that Creative Furniture Inc. assumes no responsibility for the merchandise once the pick-up has been completed. It is the customer's responsibility to secure and transport the items safely after the pick-up process. Creative Furniture Inc. is not liable for any damages or issues that may arise post-pick-up.
Item Requiring Professional Assembly & Installation:
Our delivery service for wall-mounted items, lighting, heavy mirrors, wall décor, bath vanities, and bath hardware includes bringing the package into the home but does not include unpacking the item(s) and removing packaging from the home, or assembling or installing the item(s). Professional assembly and installation are required. Please refer to the product details for more information. Our White Glove Delivery professionals are not permitted to move furniture currently in your home, nor are they allowed to move or set up electrical wiring, equipment, or wall-mounted items. Please clear the space where furniture or rugs will be placed before delivery. An authorized adult, 18 years of age or older, must be present during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your items and sign the delivery receipt.
We will ship UPS/FedEx whenever possible. If your order is large and/or heavy, we will arrange a standard trucking service. The Standard Trucking Service is a shipping method, that can be described as "curbside delivery.".
If you are ordering a very large or/and heavy item, please keep in mind that you need someone to help move it.
You will be contacted for an appointment by the Shipping Company ahead of time so that you can plan your schedule accordingly. Shippers are expected to notify you of a delivery day, time, and service options, so you can have the appropriate help available to get your order into your home if necessary. Please note that shipping times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. If you were not at home when the delivery was scheduled and the freight company has to return your order, a second delivery fee may apply based on the carrier.
You can also make arrangements to have your order picked up and shipped by your preferred carrier from our warehouses in Edison, New Jersey.
Some notes on shipping:
Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer and will be added to the invoice during checkout.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or Puerto Rico.
International shipments are by container only

All deliveries require a signature.
Upon Delivery
All customers are required to sign a bill of lading upon delivery. Should you notice any damage to the boxes in which your furniture was delivered, please, note the damages on the bill of lading.
Important: You MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please note the damage to the item(s) and the box(s) in detail on the bill of lading accept the delivery, and contact us immediately. If this occurs outside our business hours, please call us next business day.
Return Policy
You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
There are a few items that can’t be returned:
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Bundled items at discounted rates
- Items you have already assembled
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
- Open Box Items
All shipments should be inspected upon delivery, and any claim should be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Items that are not damaged are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
The customer agrees to pay for shipping both ways (shipping to the customer and return shipping). Creative Furniture Galleries, Inc. will not pay any freight bills or shipping bills associated with returns. For any item that we can replace by sending parts or a new cover set, we will send the parts or new cover set to you at our cost. However, if you insist on a refund, this will fall under our normal return policy, and we will charge a 35% restocking fee and return shipping. Special Order Return Policies check here.
Refund Options
You can choose to receive store credit for your return or have the original payment method refunded. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery Terms
At the time of delivery, buyers are responsible for the following delivery conditions:
The driver will require the customer to sign a physical inspection report and/or delivery receipt. It is critical that the customer note (in their own words) on the driver’s paperwork any damage to the box before they inspect the product and accept the shipment.
If the box shows ANY SIGNS of carrier mishandling: hole(s), crushed corners, dents, worn tops, bottoms or edges, scraping, dirt, etc., the customer must note the exact description of each carton on the physical inspection report and/or delivery receipt.
Once customer notes the condition of the box(s), they should inspect the product.
If upon further inspection, the customer notices major or unacceptable levels of damage to the product, they can then sign the delivery receipt and/or physical inspection report "REFUSED DAMAGE", and give a detailed description of the damage witnessed.
The customer must then call Creative Furniture Galleries, Inc. customer service (848-200-7207) within 24 hours to make us aware of the situation.
If a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (including shipping) will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check.
In the rare cases of damage, claims must be reported at the point of the delivery, otherwise, customers are responsible for freight exchange charges.
Be sure to check boxes for hardware before discarding.
Deliveries to the second floor and higher (walk-up, not elevated) may incur additional charges.

- Installation services are available on the East Coast Only (NY, NJ, CT, MA, DE, DC, MA, FL, VA, SC, NC, GA, and PA.
SouthWest, Midwest, West Coast States, or Remote Areas:
- Dining Tables, Beds, Wardrobes, Desks, Hutches & Returns are not assembled
- White Glove is Delivered to the First Floor or Elevated Buildings with no walk-ups. Additional fees may apply for higher floors
- Prepare areas where delivery personnel will pass through, and cover floor & walls, they are not responsible for any damages.
Concealed Damage
It is the buyer’s full responsibility to thoroughly inspect an item before signing and accepting delivery. If damage is discovered after signing for delivery without any notation, Creative Furniture Galleries, Inc. will not be responsible for any replacement or return.
Replacement Orders
Transportation for replacement orders is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Creative Furniture Galleries, Inc. will not ship a replacement unit on our account but will provide the item to the buyer at no cost to arrange their transportation (excludes “pick up” orders or “concealed” damage orders).
Defective Items
If a defect is discovered and confirmed, Creative Furniture Galleries, Inc. will replace the defective part at no cost to the buyer. If a suitable replacement is not available, a return will be authorized, and after the return is completed, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check.
